Here's the honest truth

The truth is we are always manifesting, and that's because we're always imagining. 24/7, 365 days a year, we're always living in both this 3D world but also living in our imagination.

Then we stumble across this thing called the "Law of Assumption" and find out that we can, in fact, change our 3D circumstances
You run through your affirmations for the 5239560th time today before bed. You close your eyes as the same old feeling of frustration washes over you. "Maybe tomorrow will be different..."

I know it stings reading that, but hear me out. I used to be in the same hamster wheel, day-after-day, praying that tomorrow would be different and it never was.

Until I realized: nothing would change until I changed.
 
Every single thing you think about with feeling, that which you believe to be true and that which you imagine yourself to be or to have is the cause of everything in your personal world. You may believe that there is some other cause; you may blame others for your problems, you may believe that the events were wrought by fate or chance, but if you are objective and observe your own beliefs and thought patterns, you will see that your world accurately reflects all that you believe to be true of yourself and others. There is no one and nothing to change but the assumptions from which you think.

So no matter how many times you affirm, or how many times we try to visualize, if you are still harboring the old beliefs and assumptions and imagining the same story, day after day after day...

Then that’s exactly what will continue to show up in your reality.

We think from beliefs that we consent to as true and we imagine situations that match our beliefs. Consciousness is the only reality. It is the creative principle that brings into your experience the exact duplicate or reflection of that which you imagine to be true. The world in which we live mirrors all that we believe and imagine to be true, be it good, bad, or indifferent.

If we desire to see change, we must turn within. No amount of affirmations, visualizing, or techniques will create a lasting change if you cling to your old ways of being. Because here's the thing: all of your present beliefs, fears and limitations are weights that bind you to your present level of consciousness.

Yep. You read that right.

We continue to unknowingly and unwillingly self-sabotage because we're imagining the same things day after day, failing to change the most important aspect of all: our self. We continue to build off of the old, unstable bedrock that is our old assumptions instead of laying down a new foundation entirely.

Doesn't exactly sound like a recipe for success, does it?
