Yes, You Can Manifest A Specific Person
Ah, love. Amor. Liebe. L’amor.
Hands down, I have more people approach me about this subject than any other. I get countless inquires about manifesting love, and most of those are about manifesting a specific person. In fact, I’d wager that a lot of people stumble into manifesting and learning about the Law from this topic alone!
Since this is by far the most frequently asked question I get, I figured I’d make a post about it. So if you’re someone who is trying to manifest a particular person that you fancy, this post is definitely for you.
So is it possible? Can we really manifest a specific person?
Short answer? Totally yea, you can manifest a specific person.
The title of the post may have been a spoiler alert, but it bears repeating. Yes, you can manifest a specific person.
Again: you can manifest anything. You are the God of your reality. Your name is I AM, not I CAN’T.
Now I know that this is a totally controversial topic in the law of attraction community. A lot of gurus think it’s flat-out wrong to even think about manifesting a specific person, let alone attempting to do so.
Many law of attraction coaches preach about Free Will, and how we must never impede someone else’s life choices.
I used to be of this school of thought for many, many years. I’ve been studying how to manifest for over 10 years, an a majority of that time was studying the Law of Attraction. However, I now know it is limiting and false to believe we cannot obtain anything we desire.
There are many different philosophies and schools of thought when it comes to manifesting, and for myself personally, I am an avid student of Neville Goddard. After many years of trial and error I’ve found that Neville’s teachings have allowed me to manifest better and faster than I ever thought possible.
(note: if you’re interested in learning more about Neville and his teachings, read more about himhere.)
Neville taught that everyone in your reality is your self pushed out. He explained that everyone in your reality is a reflection of your beliefs and assumptions, and that people will show up in your physical reality exactly how you believe they’ll show up.
It’s a radical concept, and after years of putting it to the test, I’ve found it to be 100% truth.
If you’re not familiar with the concept of Everyone Is You Pushed Out, check out my post I made about the subjecthere.
In short, people are a projection of your own mind, and will act and behave just as you assume them to act and behave.
For example, if you have an assumption that all guys are jerks, well, you’re going to experience all guys being jerks to you. If you believe that women can’t be trusted because they’re liars, then that’s the reality that you will experience. If you believe that people always treat you with kindness and respect, then ultimately that is how people will show up and treat you in your world.
“The moment you think of influence, you reduce a miracle to magic. All the people in the world are only your self pushed out. No one has the power to hold you back or promote you, for you are self-promoted or self restricted.”
Neville Goddard
I’d like to shut down any reason some may think manifesting a Specific Person is “wrong” or “unethical”. Because no, you are not messing with anyone’s “Free Will” or “Destiny”. There is no harm or foul play when trying to manifest someone specific.
You heard me right. Let me break down why.
Neville taught that creation is finished. All things already exist, right here and right now. There are infinite realities that contain every version of the past, present, and future.
And if you’re constantly shifting in and out of the realities you experience with your imagination and your assumptions, then you most certainly can move into that reality where that version of your specific person already exists.
Manifesting a specific person doesn’t work by brainwashing, manipulating, or infringing upon anyone’s free will. People aren’t puppets to be controlled or forced to do your bidding. Manifesting doesn’t work like that.
It works by you shifting your focus on your desired outcome, or the reality you’d like to experience. All you are doing is changing your assumptions and beliefs by imagining that you are in your desired reality now, and that will move you into the reality where that version of your specific person already exists and is waiting for you.
So no, there is no tampering or violation of free will. All change happens from within, not by means of external force.
“It is easier to ascribe your feeling to events in the world than to admit that the conditions of the world reflect your feeling. However, it is eternally true that the outside mirrors the inside.”
Neville Goddard
So as we’ve covered, you can in fact manifest a specific person without manipulation or violating someone’s free will.
Okay, so how do we do it? How do we go about actually manifesting a specific person?
You manifest your specific person the same way you manifest anything else you desire – by using your imagination.
Most people are totally unaware of the creative power of imagination. It’s through our imagination that we manifest our reality and when used properly, our imagination will bring us the world we desire to experience.
Neville always taught that the secret of deliberate creation is to center your imagination in the feeling of the wish fulfilled and remain therein. His most popular exercise outlined three steps needed to take in order to successfully manifest your desires:
To start, you’re going to need to outline a mental scene that would take place were you to have your desire or were you to be living your desired outcome.
So if you’re trying to manifest a specific person, this desire is usually marriage or a long-term relationship with whoever you are trying to manifest.
Outline a short, imaginal scene that is between 5-7 seconds long which would imply you have your desire, or in this case a relationship with your specific person. Examples of scenes would be taking a walk along the beach, or laying in bed cuddling, or sitting with them at the table for breakfast.
Pick your setting, and make sure to include something in your scene that implies that you and your specific person are together. If your desire is marriage, then imagine yourself wearing a wedding ring. Then script a short dialogue that would imply that it was in fact the two of you that were married to each other (remember, make it as specific as possible!)
An example of dialogue would be:
You: “Wow, I can’t believe it’s already a year since our wedding.”
Keep it short, keep it sweet, keep it simple.
For me, it helps to outline my scene on paper beforehand versus making it up on the spot. That’ll help keep your mind on track and help it from wandering all over the place.
When outlining, some helpful questions to ask yourself would be:
The State Akin to Sleep is the groggy, twilight stage that happens twice in a 24 hour period: right before sleep, and right after you wake up. That period where you’re not quite unconscious, but you’re not fully awake either.
It’s in this sleepy state that our subconscious is the most accessible, as the conscious mind is not quite alert and on guard.
You can induce the State Akin to Sleep anytime during the day by getting yourself into a meditative state. But I’ve personally had the best success right before bed.
Once you’re comfortable in that drowsy state, bring up that desired scene into your imagination and begin to loop that scene, over and over. If your mind starts to wander, bring it back to your scene and continue looping it.
Each time you loop it you’ll want to add as many tones of reality that you can muster.
Invoke the sight, taste, touch, smell, and sound of your scene. Try to make it as vivid and life-like as you possibly can. You want to try and feel yourself into your scene as if you were present in your scene.
You want to live in your desired scene right here and now. That said, you should always be seeing your scene from 1st person point of view.
It may take a bit of practice at first, but eventually, you will start to conjure up the emotions and feelings as if you were actually present in your scene.
THIS IS KEY. It has to feel as real and as natural as possible.
Take that joy and satisfaction with you into sleep. If you never quite get to feeling it real, try again the next night, and repeat every night until you feel satisfied that you’ve planted the seed.
Once you’ve successfully impressed your desire onto your subconscious mind, there’s nothing left to do. In a way that we could never consciously conceive, our desires will materialize in our 3D world.
Go about your day in confidence that your subconscious mind will lead you to a bridge of incidents that will bring you that which you’ve imagined.
I’ve personally witnessed this happen thousands of times, to both myself and others.
This is where faith comes in. During your waking hours, be sure to remain faithful to your desired outcome as if it was already yours. This is where a healthy mental diet could be crucial because you don’t want to be indulging in any negative inner dialogue or acknowledging any lack.
As soon as your subconscious accepts the imaginal act, it’s already done. As sure as the day will follow night, you will see your desired scene play out in your external reality.
All that is needed is faith the size of a mustard seed, and persistence to ignore what your current circumstances may be telling you. Events and circumstances never matter. Ever.
If you desire a specific person, put these instructions to the test. You’ve got nothing to lose and literally everything to gain.
Happy Manifesting!

Missy, you are Fantastic!! Your words bring me comfort & Joy!
Thanks for your amazing content.
P.S. I just shared & posted this inspiring with my Facebook groups 🙂
Nice.
This is a fantastic read. Does this mean that if I can imagine a scene with my SP or imagine my reconciliation with SP it exists?.
